Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the TISKON Hub platform ("Platform") operated by TISKON ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Policy supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

1. Purpose & Scope

This Policy defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the Platform. It applies to all Users, including Clients, Hub Members, and Team Members, and covers all features, tools, and services available through the Platform, including the browser extension.

2. Permitted Use

The Platform is provided exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Managing and collaborating on projects between TISKON and its clients.

  • Creating, reviewing, and approving project deliverables and content.

  • Communicating with project team members, including messaging and commenting.

  • Accessing and reviewing market research and competitive analysis information provided through the Platform.

  • Managing tasks, milestones, approvals, and workflows related to your project.

  • Using AI-powered tools for content generation, analysis, and chat assistance within the scope of your project.

  • Uploading, organizing, and managing media assets and files related to your project.

  • Creating and managing social media content within the content calendar.

  • Reviewing and providing feedback on website pages and deliverables.

  • Accessing knowledge base and documentation resources.

  • Using the browser extension to capture and collect web content for project purposes.

You may only use the Platform for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms, this Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to engage in any of the following activities:

3.1 Content Restrictions

  • Redistribution of Third-Party Content: Copy, download (except through features expressly provided), redistribute, publish, broadcast, or share any Third-Party Content accessed through the Platform with any external party, platform, website, or service.

  • Unauthorized Content Sharing: Share project content, deliverables, or confidential information with persons not authorized to access it.

  • Inappropriate Content: Upload, transmit, or store content that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Infringing Content: Upload content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party.

  • Misleading Content: Upload content that is false, misleading, or deceptive.

3.2 Technical Restrictions

  • Scraping & Harvesting: Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or similar tools) to access, collect, or extract data from the Platform.

  • Security Circumvention: Attempt to bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent any security features, access controls, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms.

  • Unauthorized Access: Access data, projects, accounts, or features that are outside your authorized scope or permission level.

  • Harmful Code: Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, worms, Trojans, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other malicious, harmful, or destructive code.

  • Infrastructure Abuse: Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks.

  • Vulnerability Testing: Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any related system or network without prior written authorization from TISKON.

  • Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or underlying architecture of the Platform.

3.3 Account & Identity Restrictions

  • Impersonation: Misrepresent your identity, role, or affiliation with any person, organization, or entity.

  • Credential Sharing: Share your login credentials with any third party or allow others to use your account.

  • Multiple Accounts: Create or use multiple accounts without authorization from TISKON.

3.4 Communication Restrictions

  • Spam: Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications, advertisements, or bulk messages.

  • Harassment: Use messaging, commenting, or annotation features to harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully other Users.

  • Solicitation: Use the Platform to solicit TISKON's clients, team members, or partners for competing services.

3.5 AI Feature Restrictions

  • Harmful Generation: Use AI tools to generate content that is illegal, harmful, discriminatory, misleading, or designed to deceive.

  • Circumventing Limits: Attempt to bypass AI usage limits, rate limits, or generation caps through any means.

  • Sensitive Data in AI: Submit passwords, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information to AI chat or generation tools.

  • Misrepresentation: Present AI-Generated Content as human-created without appropriate disclosure, where such disclosure is required by law or industry standards.

3.6 Browser Extension Restrictions

  • Copyright Infringement: Use the extension to capture, collect, or save content from websites in violation of those websites' terms of service or applicable copyright law.

  • Privacy Violations: Use the extension to capture screenshots or content containing personal information of individuals without their consent.

  • Unauthorized Capture: Use the extension to capture content from password-protected, restricted, or confidential areas of websites you do not have authorization to access.

3.7 General Restrictions

  • Illegal Activity: Use the Platform for any purpose that violates any applicable local, provincial, federal, or international law or regulation.

  • Competitive Use: Use information, methodologies, or insights obtained through the Platform to develop a competing product, service, or platform.

  • Personal Information Misuse: Collect, store, or process personal information of other Users or third parties accessed through the Platform for purposes unrelated to your authorized project activities.

4. Third-Party Content Usage Rules

The Platform may provide access to Third-Party Content, including publicly available business information aggregated for research and analysis purposes. Regarding such content, you agree to:

  • Use it solely for your own internal business analysis, decision-making, and strategy development within the scope of your project with TISKON.

  • Not reproduce, republish, redistribute, or broadcast it in any form, whether online or offline.

  • Not use it to directly contact, solicit, harass, defame, or target the businesses, individuals, or entities associated with such content.

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of the original content creators and publishers.

  • Not present Third-Party Content as your own original work or the work of TISKON.

  • Not use Third-Party Content in any advertising, marketing, or promotional materials without proper authorization from the original content owner.

  • Report to TISKON if you believe any Third-Party Content displayed on the Platform is inaccurate, inappropriate, or infringes upon your rights.

5. AI-Generated Content Usage Rules

When using AI-powered features on the Platform:

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-Generated Content before using it in any context.

  • AI-Generated Content should be treated as a starting point or draft, not as final or authoritative output.

  • You must ensure that your use of AI-Generated Content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • You should not rely on AI-Generated Content for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

  • You are responsible for ensuring AI-Generated Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of third parties before using it publicly.

6. Data & Content Standards

Any content you upload, submit, create, or share on the Platform must:

  • Be accurate and not intentionally misleading.

  • Not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

  • Not contain defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful material.

  • Not contain personal information of third-party individuals without their informed consent and a lawful basis for processing.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Be free of viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

  • Be appropriate for a professional business environment.

7. Rate Limits & Fair Usage

Certain Platform features are subject to usage limits to ensure fair access and optimal performance for all Users. These limits may include:

  • AI feature usage limits (message counts, generation caps) per project or per day.

  • Data fetching rate limits for market intelligence features.

  • File upload size limits and storage quotas.

You agree not to attempt to circumvent these limits through any means. TISKON reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

8. Monitoring & Enforcement

TISKON reserves the right to:

  • Monitor Platform usage for compliance with this Policy, our Terms of Service, and applicable law.

  • Investigate any suspected or reported violations.

  • Take appropriate action in response to violations, including but not limited to: issuing warnings, limiting or restricting access to specific features, suspending or terminating your account, removing or disabling content, and pursuing legal remedies.

  • Cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating potential criminal activity.

Violations of this Policy may result in immediate termination of your access without prior notice and without refund of any fees paid.

9. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, any misuse of the Platform, or any content that you believe infringes upon your rights or the rights of others, please report it to:

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You may report violations anonymously, although providing your contact information will allow us to follow up with you if needed.

10. Copyright Infringement Notices

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes upon your copyright, please provide us with a written notice containing:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  • A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Platform.

  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
